Discover local cuisine in an intimate and romantic setting

Our Relais offers the opportunity to taste local specialties in an intimate and cozy setting, where traditional flavors blend with a romantic atmosphere. We're in the kitchen, with our own ideas and simple, authentic ingredients from our land, offering a mini menu featuring meat-based dishes every day. You'll also have the opportunity to purchase our own products on site, such as olive oil, jams, our homemade biscuits, and meats from our farm.

Breakfast​

From 8:00 am to 10:30 am
If a good day starts in the morning, it's with breakfast that we want to wish you a good day. We do so by pampering you with the delicious aroma of freshly baked homemade pastries, zabaglione, a true treat, and tasty savory dishes with an international flair served buffet style. We prepare eggs fresh from our own farm, cooked in a variety of ways. We offer packaged products for those with food intolerances, such as soy milk, rice milk, and gluten-free products.

Light Lunch

From 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM The menu draws on locally sourced ingredients and flavors, serving a variety of delicious salads, piadinas, snacks, and buffalo mozzarella from the best dairies in Fondi.

Pool Service

From 11:30 AM to 6:30 PM While you sunbathe or read a book in the silence that surrounds you, you can order an aperitif directly by the pool, using our telephone box, where you'll find the menu with various options.

Aperitif

From 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM For food lovers, aperitif at SarAnd Relais is a ritual not to be missed. Relaxing areas blend with tasting corners filled with cheese and cured meat platters from our own production, served with superb craft beers, wines, and cocktails, transforming sunset into an unforgettable sensory experience.

Dinner

By reservation, with arrival times 8:00 PM, 8:30 PM, and 9:00 PM Pleasing your palate and soul with the flavors of Mediterranean tradition. Meat dishes, sourced directly from our farm, await you. Each course, served with the attention we love to dedicate to our guests, will help you rediscover the pleasures and flavors of dining. We serve dinner on the restaurant's portico, offering a different mini menu every day. Advance reservations are required, no later than 3:00 PM.

Thanks to our passion, we've created a unique wine and sparkling wine list, designed to accompany your special moments. That's why you won't find many commonly known labels, but rather those that reflect the traditions, history, and culture of wine. We'll be happy to help you choose.
